Research and Planning - Trailer Conventions

Most trailers all contain certain aspects. This includes - 

• Film title.
• Direction's name.
• Cast names (the main characters).
• Distribution company.
• Other films made the director.
• Montages.
• Any awards won by the film/director or any it has been nominated for.
• Backing music/soundtrack.
• Release dates. 
• Small amounts of text explaining the plot.
• Comments from newspaper reviews.
