Research and Planning - Group Meeting

Proposals for trailer....

Idea 1 - 
The setting of our trailer will be either a council estate, or a normal estate. The setting will definitely be an urban one and most likely be filmed in the afternoon or early evening. We have decided to do a storyline centring around drugs, and will be from the drug dealers point of view. Due to the genre of our film, myself and Lucy have decided we will keep as many realistic elements in it as possible, such as straight cuts and diegetic sound.

Idea 2 -
The second idea we have had could be a storyline centring around some form of abuse in which the main character comes to a 'sticky' end. We have formed this idea based upon the film Dead Man's Shoes. We would have the setting the same as the first plot idea, with the same realism features.


Our group consists of myself and Lucy and we have decided upon the roles. I will be focusing primarily on cinematography and miss-en-scene and Lucy will be doing editing and sound. This means we should have a fairly equal amount of workload and therefore will be able to contribute equally.
